Worst customer service I have ever received. Pilot is known to occasionally double charge for diesel fuel, and when you call their customer service to resolve the issue, they will tell you that you have wrong department, and they'll proceed to transfer you to someone else who will say the same exact thing, or they'll transfer you back to the beginning of the phone prompt. They'll keep this up for days..even weeks. It's almost as if it's a game for them to see how long they can give you the run-around before resolving the issue. Consider all of that, along with the FBI's current investigation of rebate fraud at Pilot (with dozens pleading guilty & top execs being fired), and it becomes clear that this is a pretty shady organization.
Our routine is to use the pay at the pump - go to the rest room and leave Did not buy any items of any type on this last trip (nothing) Stations in either Oklahoma, Arizona & or New Mexico sent credit card bills for $150.00 each, One on my credit card and two on my wife's They have not been approved yet, but we wonder how they got there in the first place. Average gas bill is/was about $30.00.
