Pros: Good money ESOP Excellent fleet maintenance Newer equipment Variety of divisions; flatbed, boats, conestoga/covered wagon, specialized/oversized. Cons: Lack of vacation for tenured drivers, must wait 10 years for 3 weeks vacation. Slow trucks; 62mph Most of the fleet is going automatic, unless specialized divisions/13 speed.

For a large company TMC takes care of their drivers. Truck maintenance keeps us out of the eyes of the DOT since they know our trucks are very well maintained. Pay is great and the fleet managers do everything they can to make sure we get home on weekends. You might not get home every weekend but they will keep you moving to help your revenue if you stay out.

Good company to work for. Plenty of options as to what you can do in the company. I hated the North East. Still go time to time. So I jumped onto the specialized division. For where I live it does require me to be out longer than linehaul. But I'm fine with it as pay is consistent.

I get paid every week, they pay well. They really work with my schedule, they get me home when I need it. Plenty of freight and low miles with high pay! Work less and make more!
