June 21, 2023 Productive and inclusive teamIt’s truck driving, it’s 10-12 hrs per day and then you go home, some good runs, some bad but a bid for new runs every 6 months, the dispatcher have a lack of communication, even though all but 1 dispatcher, and all terminal management at the Talladega yard are former drivers themselves, but there is no micromanagement from anyone. |

They show drivers they appreciate you with driver appreciation days and quarterly bonuses. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Traffic and sometimes route cancellations. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Professional. Most of the time you are alone but when in contact with others it is professional and courteous. What is a typical day like for you at the company?Come in sign into your truck get your load information hook to the trailer and drive, dropping hook at destination and drop your return trailer then Park turn in paperwork go home. |
