Productive and inclusive team

It’s truck driving, it’s 10-12 hrs per day and then you go home, some good runs, some bad but a bid for new runs every 6 months, the dispatcher have a lack of communication, even though all but 1 dispatcher, and all terminal management at the Talladega yard are former drivers themselves, but there is no micromanagement from anyone.
