August 10, 2020 Professional DriverJust started with this company a few weeks ago! Since they hire drivers that have some OTR I thought coming in was gonna be quick! But it was so much more than other companies they take time with the drivers to make sure they have every resource available for safe driving and being out on the roads! Where most companies you go to voice mail of you have a question and have to wait it here they find someone and give you the answers you need to make the right moves! They watch out for their drivers and make sure they are taken care of! Having the guaranteed wage makes it easier when your not chasing miles! The company gives you a cell phone so no longer giving your private phone number out and a company email because as a professional drivers you are just as a part of the team as the Ladies and Gentleman in operations! And if your not running over the weekend no more staying in your truck they pay for lodging also! Coming to Boyle Transportation was the best move we could have done as a team! |

August 10, 2020 This is how it should beAlthough I am new to the driving industry (got my class b a year ago, class a 10 mos ago went straight otr) I have been in the trucking industry for 10 years now. You rarely find a carrier that cares. Everyone is very approachable. Have an issue it's fixed quickly. Equipment is in excellent shape. Heck I saw the CEO washing a truck during orientation. |
