Option Two: Traditional Midwest Regional. Start at 70 CPM. Drivers are guaranteed $1610 per week minimum but can earn $2000+ plus on top weeks! Drivers on this option can earn $90,000+ yearly! Drivers can be home as often as every two weeks in many Midwest locations. Option Three: Midwest Regional, Home Weekends. Drivers on this option start at 65 CPM or 70 CPM depending on location and are home every weekend. This position is available in select Midwest locations. While there is not a mileage guarantee on this option the drivers get the balance of great miles and hometime every weekend. Drivers on this option can earn $75,000+ yearly.
