- West Valley City, UTCDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver in West Valley City, UT - Dedicated truck driver Average pay: $1,200-$1,320 weekly Home time: Weekly Experience: All CDL holders OVERVIEW * Haul ATVs, golf carts and other recreation vehicles in specialized dry van trailers. * Drive vehicles off the trailer. * 2-3 loads per week with 4 stop-offs per load. * Travel within CO, ID, MT, NM, OR, UT, WA and WY. PAY AND BONUS POTENTIAL * Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving * Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. * Weekly performance pay. * $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. * $1,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. * Paid orientation. * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. * Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
