- Cherry Hill, NJCDL-A Intermodal Truck Driver in Cherry Hill, NJ - Dedicated truck driver - Independent Container Line Average pay: $1,200-$1,475 weekly Home time: Multiple Times Per Week Experience: All CDL holders OVERVIEW * Haul ship containers. * 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook freight. * 5 loads per week. * Drive within 500 miles of the Port of Chester (PA). PAY AND BONUS POTENTIAL * Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. * Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. * Weekly performance pay. * $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. * $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. * Paid orientation. * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
