Company Driver (W-2) * Competitive Pay : Up to 60 CPM (based on application review) with consistent weekly mileage of 2,700–3,300 miles. * Freight : 70% drop-and-hook with 70% contracted/customer freight. * Home Time : Flexible tiered schedule that rewards longer runs — 14 days out / 2 days home, scaling up to 12 weeks out / 10 days home. * Running Area : All 48 states — no forced dispatch to NYC. * Equipment : 2020–2026 Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and ELD tablets. Governed at a comfortable 70 mph. * Additional Pay : Breakdown/Layover ($100/day after first 24 hours), Detention ($15/hour after 2–3 hours), and Stop Pay. * Benefits : Health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance (available the 1st of the month following hire).
