- Phoenix, AZCDL-A Refrigerated Truck Driver in Phoenix, AZ - Dedicated truck driver - National Dedicated Fleet Average pay: $1,290-$1,580 weekly Home time: Every three weeks Experience: 3 months or greater CDL experience OVERVIEW * Haul dry van, reefer and flatbed trailers. * Some loads require hand loading and unloading. * Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs. * May be required to drive at night. PAY AND BONUS POTENTIAL * Hourly pay. Stay out incentives available the longer you stay out. * Earn at least $1,325 in weekly guarantee pay. * Weekly performance pay. * $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. * Paid orientation. * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. * Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
