We currently have a $2000.00 Sign on bonus paid out over the first 12 months of employment for experienced Flatbed and Van drivers available.

• Van Driver Trainees can earn up to $58,000 in their first year
• Exp. Van Drivers at Royal Trucking Company can earn $72-$78k per year.
• Flatbed Driver Trainees can earn up to $61,000 in their first year.

Drivers are paid for all miles both empty and loaded.  RTC has a 401k, health, dental, vision insurance and membership in a credit union all equipment is 2017 or newer all trucks have inverters, APU with automatic transmissions, EpicVue in cab Direct TV.
