- Colorado Springs, COCDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver in Colorado Springs, CO - Dedicated Flatbed truck driver - Metrie Average pay: $1,275-$1,575 weekly Home time: Multiple Times Per Week Experience: All CDL holders OVERVIEW * Haul custom wood moldings with Conestoga flatbed and curtain side trailers. * 100% no-touch loading/unloading but drivers will be required to strap down freight. * 4-7 loads per week with 3-5 stop-offs per load. * Drive within CO, MT and WY. PAY AND BONUS POTENTIAL * Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving. * Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider. * Weekly performance pay. * $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers. * $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers. * Paid orientation. * Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year. * Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
