Went in to have reefer trailer looked at because it wouldn't start. Figured the battery just needed charged up. They attempted to charge it for about an hour, then they stated it was puffed and swollen so they needed to replace it. Put a "new" battery in and it still wouldn't start. They said it's probably a fuse but we don't mess with that stuff and you'll have to take it to Thermo King. Took it to Thermo King where they told us the battery was used and dated 2007. Replaced it with a new battery and it started right up. Took the TA battery back to them and they still claimed it was a new battery and they'd have to load test it before they do anything. Incompetent!! Never go here for service again, NEVER.

Go next door to the Village casino and eat. It's excellent . food is very good . great value. Breakfast was terrific.!!
