We arrived here around 4 pm in the afternoon on July 19th, 2014. We were here for several hours. The women's restroom had paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor and in the stalls. Around 9pm we went back in the store and there were two clerks one at the cash register and one fumbling around with the hot item foods. Well as you guessed the bathrooms had not been cleaned between 4pm and 9pm. This time my husband even complained about the men's restroom and i wont even mention what condition the women's restroom was in. This is not acceptable!!! Pilot, you should be ashamed of yourself!! Disgusting!!!

Got a ticket years ago for parking on the street here when there were no signs posted. Still the same little place it's always been. Saw a driver stop and go grab a bottle from the liquor store. Yeah. Great thinking! Drink and drive 80000 pounds.

Unacceptable! This Pilot is very unkempt, it smells, the coffee and soda machines aren't maintained properly and the managerial staff is totally inept and incompetent....does Pilot have standards at all?????

Rough around the edges, but nice. Truck parking is pretty small.

MacDonalds across street, bar and grill in parking lot, parking in street incase lot is full! Who could ask for more!? I like to take the dog to the river he loves it! Only a third of a mile away !
