The service is extremely slow. Breaks seem to be more important than performing the repairs. It apparently take 2 mechanics and a clerk to put together an estimate for another driver. It is over 7 hours to replace 3 tires and a hub seal and they still not done.

Barney 5

I just got in from Northern California I bought some coffee and filed up.I closed my eyes for a few and Barney 5 told me I had to leave.I explained I just bought gas and got coffee,I figured as a costumer it was okay.TA truck stop isn’t handicap freindly,I’m almost 60 a Vet and handicap.

Today I had to get a battery replaced on my Freightliner Cascadia and when my turn came up for service, I was greeted with a professional energy by one of the staff named Rob. He looked up my order number (602637) and got me set up for service. My truck was serviced by Daniel and he also was extremely professional as he worked on my truck. I'm an over the road owner operator and I visit a lot of different service departments but every time I need service and I'm here at the Ontario California TA Travel Center, I'm "ALWAYS" greeted to high quality service and a high quality friendly energy. The service department here will always be my first choice in servicing my truck and trailer and this is because of the quality of the employees as Rob and Daniel as they are in my opinion great examples of top tier quality service. This location always shines above the rest and as an OTR owner operator I truly appreciate good/great customer service, this is how you'll keep me spending "my" hard earned money at the TA Travel Center in Ontario CA.
