ATTENTION ALL DRIVERS: MAGIE'S COUNTRY DINER SHARES THE DIRT LOT - YOU MUST GO THERE! Screw iron skillet, seriously. Magie's is home cookin at it's best! Good prices, good staff and if you leave hungry- something is wrong with you! They have everything you could want to eat. And it's all homemade! When I walk into petro I laugh and count how many suckers are eating road kill @ iron skillet. Just a heads up, get out of your truck and go to Magie's Country Diner! ☆☆☆☆☆

Main T/S is barren (lack of secondary services like CB shop, etc). Iron Skillet was good. Great location when heading east. Amazing amount of truck parking.

Clean restrooms, clean showers, prices reasonable. service was good. Plenty of truck parking.

I've driven about 600,000 miles around the Northeast the past 5 years, so I know that I am still a rookie. That said, this is my favorite truck stop. Abundant parking, excellent showers, never a wait at the pumps. Fuel desk personnel always friendly and patient. The store is spacious and clean and well stocked. The coffee is (finally!) pretty good, now that Petro/TA uses ChockFullO'Nuts brand. The Iron Skillet ain't no haute cuisine, but, hey -- it's just a Truck Stop! Just stick with any breakfast and you'll be happy. Subway is right there if you want to pack out a footlong or two, and there are decent hot meals to go at the diesel pumps, too. Haven't needed the service department, so no comment there. No place is perfect, but I recommend this facility highly.

The absolute worst iron skillet in the u.s. the good reviews are probably from management. I do not see how they stay open. I ate there about four times before I got the point. Poor service, poor cooks, poor management. I could tell my experience here but I don't feel like writing a book. I also saw other people getting bad service. You don't know me but I promise I do not complain very much so this has to be bad. If the food was free I wouldn't say anything but I payed and it was awful. Do yourself a favor and don't eat here. If you do and you get bad service, I told you so.
