Great place, Amazing Food, but Service at Store side ruined. Kids with tattoos had a major attitude problem when waiting on everyone. There was almost a fight.

I have a car wash subscription at Petro and probably wash my car 2-3 times a week because of the amount of driving I do for work. Every time the people that dry my car do it as quickly as possible, doing quite a poor job. That is until tonight... As I waited my turn I was shocked as I watched the kid dry the car in front of me taking pride it what he did and doing a fantastic job. He did an equally great job on my car so I tipped him $10 only because that was all the cash I had on me. Had I had more I would have given it to reward great service and to give him all the money that I didn't tip the people who gave poor service. I hope someone from Petro sees this and gives the kid who was drying cars tonight a raise!

Luis & Ryan. Ryan was extremely helpful when I got stuck in the Petro parking lot and did everything that he could to get me going. Luis is probably one of the best mechanics I have ever met. He was fast and very accurate about diagnosing the problem that I have the wrong fuel filter and that was the reason, that my truck won't start. I got an Ultimate PM done 2 days before at a TA. I won't mention there location coz mistakes do happen and its all good. The best thing was that the Fargo Petro realized that it was a mistake and took care of it. They got me the right fuel filter, pulled apart the whole fuel filter mechanism and thoroughly cleaned it, which was easily couple hours of labor. All for the best price possible, 0$. FREE. Yes it took a lil while but FREE sounds good anyday n everyday to be honest. Again, Luis & Ryan, awesome job guys. I wish more truck stops would hire techs like you. Thank you very much.
