Stopped for an oil change(premium). Told to wait in front of door 3...45 minutes later I had to find out why 4 techs are standing around talking and I wasn't in yet, they didn't know. 1.5 hrs after I pulled in the tech came strolling in with the paperwork. Another 30 min went by listening to the staff talk about their personal lives before I was checked out. Very unprofessional, no excuse for this. I understand when a place is busy but nobody in the shop was working. This was just laziness.

I love the shopping here, but the parking I've never seen so much reserved parking it's out of control but there is lots of traffic here and across from a nice strip club. it is what it is! Rude. Shady. The employees cleaning the parking lot set behind my truck smoking weed for at least 3 hours. Setting on the back of my trailer. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. The showers literally head slippery greasy floors because nobody wants to clean them. The woman in the restaurant was so happy that the customers that were asking for drinks over and over again left when they walked out she goes Thank God they're gone loud enough for every customer in there to hear and they spent the next 10 minutes making fun of them for asking further drinks that they admitted that they were ignoring them. Did I mention this place is absolutely disgusting. Service is horrible. The women that work in the fuel island were absolutely horrible they were rude. They treated the majority of the customers like complete crap. I stood there waiting for my husband to come out of the restroom Just watching them service the customers It was ridiculous. One woman was blatantly ignoring everything that the customer said to her Just doing the I'll take your money shut up and go away. Parking is ridiculous it's all reserved parking and you have to pay for all parking anyway it's just out of this world crazy. The only thing that I can positively say about the whole place as there's a young woman security guard that is just absolutely a sweetheart and she has her crap together and she takes care of the chaos. Never again.
