The reasons for only 2 Stars are the following:
1) The Salad bar was alright. Decent selection for the price. However, you may not appreciate the macaroni salad in the peaches....
2) It's a good thing we didn't order from the kitchen. The line cook was too busy talking on the phone via Bluetooth and drinking over the prepared dishes. Seems to me you should be concentrating on your job and NOT distracted in conversation.
3) This same line cook was sweating profusely and was wiping his forehead and brow with a cloth that he would leave on the cooking surfaces. He would then handle plates of food with his sweaty, grubby fingers. I seriously have to question how many health code violations have occurred in this establishment...
Being on the road as a truck driver, it's not easy to find places to eat that offer healthier alternatives. Petro does at least have that in their favor, but when you see what goes on in the kitchen and how they have maintained their salad bar, it makes you want to skip dinner altogether.

Why aren't the 'truckers only' areas enforced in the dining area and parking lot? Don't promote them as such if you're not going to make it stick!

Food was good. Have to stay on top of the waitress if you want to have something to drink! Showers were ok, just a bit old. TV room was one of the bigger one I have seen. Large parking area.

Showers definitely need remodeled, the door on my shower had to be lifted up just to open and the room in them are really small!
