This is my fuel stop in Hammond and the ladies room is always filthy. Today was no exception with trash all over the sinks and floors, leaking plumbing creating puddles to slip on, and broken toilet and paper towel dispensers. The cashier was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience. The Arby's store inside had two people working. The cashier was someone who should work in a cubicle by herself and never wait on customers. She was awful and the sweet tea was more like watered down green tea. I've never had a positive experience at this truck stop. Never recommended. I stop because I have to as mandated by my company's fuel stop.

The women's bathroom smelled really bad. The people that work here are super sweet though! If they took out the casino there might be more room to sit down and eat. I know, that'll never happen. :)
The store is ok. This is a smaller Pilot Travel Center and has been updated somewhat recently. It looks like most of the others.

This place parks 150 trucks, but it is so small and crowded and has only 3 toilets. C'Mon Pilot treat your money makers better and lower your prices then this place might not be so horrible.

Kinda small, and casino is useless to me, but okay if you need a place to sleep or fuel.
