AVOID! Full time RVers here, and have never experienced a station as bad as this one. We have never even reviewed anything before, but this place was so bad there was no way we could ignore it. Where to start? With the women pumping gas with a cell phone in her hand and the manager walks right past her and says nothing? Or the man sitting at pump 3 with a cigarette in his hand, and again, the manager says nothing even though they are less than 5 feet away. What about the Toyota Prius that was left unattended at the pump for 15 minutes with the nozzle in the tank and full. Even worse, was the fact that the manager had his truck taking up 2 of the 8 gas pumps, and would not move it after being asked twice. First response was "I'll move it in a minute", second response ten minutes later was "Can't you use a different pump?" and the third time I went inside, a full 15 minutes after arriving, he was no longer around or available and none of the employees knew where he was.
Absolutely pathetic. Horribly laid out, no customer service, and I cannot even put into words the incompetence of this stations manager. He obviously just caters to locals because there is no way one could stay in business long with the model that they have. Corporate has been contacted, and we'll see if the Haslam boys care enough to rectify anything.

Manager mean! Rural lot lizards everywhere even in the lounge area! Vehicle broke down at fuel island, the manager's main concern is, "why is the fuel island being block?" She wants to charge you for incoming fax covers!! Takes forever to fuel! Very small area to park truck

Good place to take a break. Deli is pretty good. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Medium sized truck parking (ie get here early in the afternoon. Standard Flying J, but it been condensed and miniturized.
