Awkward lot, super small messy bathrooms, and the manager actually came up to me to stop me from using a creamer packet for the iced coffee I'd purchased from the Dunkin Donuts. You seriously hover around and watch to make sure no one uses your precious condiments without your approval? I'm sorry, I thought the $350 I spent on fuel would have allowed me the use of one creamer, but apparently that was my mistake. By all means, save your place of employment that creamer, I'll just find another place to fuel next time.

I stopped at the store, before work this morning, in a hurry, and was helped out by one of your staff members named Alishia. She was great! I got what I needed and also got to work on time! Thank you!

No laundry. Only 3 small showers. Bathroom is small, it stunk, and looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Soda machine had "gunk" all around it and in the dispensers. Transflo machine doesn't scan properly. Trucks should get here before 4pm if you want to park.
I've been to several Pilot's in 14 years, but this one is definitely towards the bottom of my list. Pretty sad when the best thing about the whole place is Dunkin Donuts, which was the only place to sit, and was cleaner than the rest of the entire facility.

Average typical pilot... Just beware this parking lot it a mess... Small and pothole ridden.. Got here at 2pm on a Sunday and was already almost filled... Decent subway tho
