Have you ever wondered where the worst Pilot in America is located. You found it. Rude employees, filthy. Don't go to the McDonald's. It only gets worse. Go to the Girard OH facility less than 15 minutes east or the TA across the freeway. My first visit here will be my last. Learn manners.

The mcdonalds in there really sucks the whole place stunk it smelled like meat grease it makes me mad my clothes came out stinkin like a dirty grill worse mcdonalds ive been to n a long time the woman manager acted like it waz normal and like she doesnt care the smell is horrible i felt like throwin up when i got outa there!!!!!

the facility is very clean and beautiful the parking lot what is very big the bathroom spotless the showers were nice and hot and clean the employees were very friendly and helpful I would recommend this truck stop to a lot of truckers
