This is one of the worst experiences I've had in a truck stop. I stopped to have some soup. The soup tray was empty when I got there. The lady working there told me they would have more soup in 10 mins. I checked again and again and about 20 mins later they told me the soup would be there in 15 mins. After over an hour I left without having any soup. "Poor customer service" does not quite describe them. It's just disrespectful the way they treat customers. It's a shame that people like them represent Pilot.

This is the cleanest one I've been to. They even have employees cleaning the lot and making the lazy truckers move to a parking spot. I think the best southern hospitality also.

I love this stop. They have new soda fountain,and crushed ice. I was reading some of the reviews and had to laugh. whoever has a 25ft RV and can't get to a gas pump your bright idea is to take some diesel lines from the truckers to cater to you RV people, news flash there are more of us than there are of you. Quit complaining, I got a 53ft trailer deal with it.

Im a trucker. Yes, this wasn't the best of stops in the past but its a 4 star stop now. All that's missing is a sit down restaurant. Friendly, helpful staff right down to maintenance personnel. Showers are clean with new tile and no wait. Place has been remodeled and refreshed!
