My worst visit at pilot

The lady that was working behind the counter was very rude and talked very nasty I waited for a shower for 45 minutes come to find out she was skipping me on purpose the towel and wash clothes they had in the shower was both dirty and wet there was no soap in the shower dispenser,and the sink had hair in it from the previous person shaving ,and the man that cleaned the showers named Willy was trying to gain access to the room I was showering in I believe they was trying to scare me or just being very rude and messing with me telling me my time was up When I came out of the shower they asked me how my shower was and started laughing it was the worst pilot I've ever been to in my 15 years I would never return to it again that's how horrible it was it's sad that companies have people like that working in their stores and the lady that was really rude I couldn't get her name because she had it in her pocket her name tag but let me tell you the nastiest dirtiest little trip I've ever made into a pilot
