Just workers nice. Not easy to find parking space

So first I tried to get a fuel receipt but their printer was broken then I tried to grab some scratch tickets and that machine was broken than I wanted to send some money over Western union to my wife back home and their Western union wasn't working either, also their laundry machines are not working, then I went to take a shower which was dirty and outdated. Overall I'm really disappointed with this location. I'm a professional driver and I have never seen a pilot that was like this one! Maybe they should think about changing the management that's what I would do as a first step towards a better experience for costumers

So I call them to see if they have a laundry room, the guy who answered tells me they do. So I grab my laundry and go in...just to find out that they do have a laundry room, but all the machines are broken.
