I called to see if there were any showers on my Pilot card. For 12 years this has not been a problem until tonight. Chad tells me he is not allowed to conduct transactions over the phone. I was not attempting to make a purchase, only wanting to know if I had a shower credit on my card. I am sure if a truck driver called to see if a high dollar CB was in stock, Chad would not mind telling him. It is interesting to pour thousands of dollars into the Pilot corporation by purchasing diesel to then be treated as an inconvenience.
