We thought we had a wheel seal out was hard to see at night pulled into TA checked out a plug came out on the front of ther rear differential was all they put a under sized plug in with a hole lot of Teflon tape top off fluid and charged 168.19 dollars no warranty we left went to dealership bought plug for 15.97$ the truck stop is a rip off they are not mechanic was a joke and there professional attitude and appearance is a disgrace

I believe my business account debit card was skimmed at this location I can't prove it but it was the only Atm I used on this trip. I called to voice my concerns to the manager and to corporate . They never called me

Wife of a trucker

TA went to my husband broke down to diagnose the problem. They did this by sitting in their warm trucks for 3 hours in their warm truck while the fee climbed to come to no conclusion. They called the wrecker and left him alone, in the snow, with no heat and dangerously cold weather for 3 hours. It’s inhuman and illegal. He could have died out there and I guess they didn’t want to miss their New Years parties. They showed no concern and i wouldn’t even them 1 Star!! I hope no one else ever experiences their terrible customer service and selfish and illegal practices. Its probably best I’m 2000 miles away from them.
