October 03, 2022 Beautiful Trucks!Even though i live in Colorado and currently work for a different company, i think the equipment looks amazing and the drivers seem like they're treated with respect and like family. |

October 03, 2022 Not just a number at WanshipDallas is the best boss I have ever worked with. He really cares about his drivers as family not employees. The office staff are great bunch of people as well. You are a human not just a truck. Most importantly, Dallas wants you to have a life outside your truck. He has set up routes that get you home more with the people that really matter. |

October 03, 2022 Great Place to Work!It's refrigerated LTL, so you can expect to spend time backed into docks. They pay hourly with overtime after 40 hours. Good people, but you do a lot of sitting. It's the nature of the business. They have some of the nicest trucks I have ever driven and have some of the best staff. |

October 03, 2022 Great Pay!They have really stepped up in the pay department. I worked for them years ago and the only downfall was the pay. They have increased the pay to $28 an hour for local work. So guess who is back at Wanship and happy to be here! Jon |
