October 03, 2018 DriverI came to ShipEX a little over two years ago after being an Owner-Operator for years. Being on salary with medical benefits and bonuses is a whole lot better than the unknown of what needs to be repaired next. Jeff G. has been an excellent Driver Manager to work with. Jeff always gets me home when requested and keeps me rolling the way I like to run. Best dispatcher I’ve ever worked with bar none! |

October 03, 2018 DriverJeff is best dispatch i have had at ShipEx been here over 1 yr have 4 years experience and love the salary and benefits, Jeff makes sure i am home on time and keeps me rolling with no micromanagement, its like being a owner operator with out the head aches, u fuel where you see fit, you go home when you want home, you run ur load your way, Jeff has helped me get home when I'm in need, calls and ask about my family after my girl got in wreck with 2 kids in car, Jeff makes a point to see if they are ok and if i need to go home, doesn't harp on loads and is quick to fix any problems. October 03, 2018 OTR truck driverI have been with ShipEx for a year (although decades of experience) and have Jeff G as my DM. Jeff has shown he is the best driver mgr at ShipEx. From being quick with dispatches to keep the truck rolling to NOT micromanaging but allowing a professional driver do his job to being available when needed, Jeff is top notch. He respects my judgement and experience when adverse weather conditions prohibit driving. We work really well together. Glad I have Jeff as my DM as he is ShipEx's best. If you get the opportunity to join the elite Blue Team, you will appreciate Jeff's professionalism every day. I have said if Jeff retires so will I. So don't retire Jeff!! |

October 03, 2018 DriverI have been with ShipEx just over two years now. There are many aspects of this company that will keep me here for years to come. First off, SALARY driver. After 10 years of having paychecks up and down, I now have the same amount every week. Even when I take off several days for Home time. My wife loves it because it’s so much easier paying bills and grocery shopping. My driver manager Jeff on Team Blue is really easy to work with. I find that communicating with him over our Rand McNally is the best. He gives me the miles I want and has never been late on my home time. That’s VERY important. This September our company came out with a new bonus/pay package as well. Without changing my driving habits my yearly wage will increase to about 65,000 plus. If I push harder I can easily earn over 70,000. And if I ask, Jeff will get me as much as I can drive....Very few trucking companies let the driver runs as much as they want. I could go on and on, but suffice to say, ShipEx rocks. I’m not going anywhere for years to come. |

October 03, 2018 Driver5 stars because there’s not 10. Love this company. I’ve been driving for ShipEx for a year now and I’ll tell you I’ve had a total blast. Safety are great people the mechanics are spot on. And my dispatch Jeff has really showed me that I’m family here. Great pay. Wonderful equipment. And an awesome bonus program. I recommend ShipEx to anyone who is looking to be treated like a human and not a number. |
