June 16, 2021 Very HappyI do OTR for them and they work with me so I feel I'm always moving but not overwhelmed. Great equipment especially compared to other companies. I am from NJ, not a cheap place to live and I have no complaints about my pay. Everyone has always been extremely polite all of the time and the boss comes by the driver's lounge to make sure personally that each employee can reach out to him any time. |

November 23, 2020 Family OrientedSchuster is known for their family oriented vibes and they always make me feel welcome in their space. My DM always keeps me on my toes and is the most understanding DM I've ever had. I couldn't have asked for a better company or Driver Manager. |

November 17, 2020 A company driver could not ask for a better deal.The dispatchers and planners at Schuster are amazing. Even when I'm short on my 70 they manage to get the most out of it. I never have to sit for a reset unless I'm on home time. I'm consistently getting good miles and even the week that includes my home time is solid due to the safety bonus. A company driver could not ask for a better deal. Even the medical insurance through Schuster is superior to the other companies. |
