November 27, 2023 Rude and disregards instructionsDid not make a proper appointment with our receiving Department and then proceeded to blame our company. I tried to speak over the phone with them to try and settle the situation and explain to them our procedures. This conversation resulted in aggression towards me over a mistake not on our end as well as him hanging up mid-conversation. |

You can always count on them for support on the road which is always hard to find in a company. Solutions are achieved when both sides work efficiently towards the same goal.
