Although all routes here are dedicated, every six months they are up for bidding. Teamsters are an awesome influence here in a limited capacity. Maybe it is the same with any carrier working in the auto parts transportation, I don't know. For me, these facts were not disclosed by recruiters or by orientation personnel. If you don't mind slip seating and changing routes twice a year, you will do ok. Mileage pay is the lowest I've seen in the industry and daily route pay is varied Good luck

IN 26 YRS. OF DRIVING THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR... THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF BREAKED DOWN PAY, EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS IN A STATE OF CONFUSION, "NOBODY" KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON !!! THE DRIVER TURN OVER RATE IS 2nd TO NONE. INDY TERMINAL HAS ONE DRIVER THAT HAS BEEN THERE OVER 6 YRS. 5-8 DRIVERS WITH 5 OR LESS YRS. EVERYONE ELSE IS 1 YR. OR LESS THAT'S A POOL OF 50 DRIVERS. ONLY 6 MONTHS TO QUAL. THE ONLY WAY THEY CAN SHOW A PROFIT IS SCREW DRIVERS OUT OF THERE PAY.
