April 13, 2021 Holland is a dream company!Holland is a dream company. I didn't take the recruiter's word for it though, I went straight to the drivers. I was told the recruiters didn't lie about what I was told... Turns out they were right! This is the BEST company I have worked for. Holland has it together with a realistic team of dispatchers that get you the miles - all you have to do is ask for those miles and not disappoint. The safety team is on your side and agree no load is worth your life. Top off the great staff with a top notch shop team that help make sure ALL your truck and trailer problems get resolved, there are also drivers that care for each other, passengers being treated like family, a safety quarterly bonus, a mileage bonus, truck perks and more, you can tell from day one they care about you and your happiness. If you don't love your job, you don't put the effort in - so they make sure you love it. Did I forget to mention there's no pay cap? Give them a call and ask if I missed anything. |

April 13, 2021 Holland has taken care of us!I will say that Holland has taken care of us! My wife and I were lucky to find such a wonderful company. I was able to take time off in the city of my choice and it was granted. Always had a paycheck that was ON TIME with nothing missing. Recruiting was excellent. Safety folks are awesome as to talking with you and welcoming you on to the Holland family. The Vice President is even welcoming. We were dispatched and left alone unless we were needed and asked to do something. NEVER TOLD! Nobody yelled orders or hung up the phone in anger. This is the kind of company that YOU WANT to work for. Miles are there for the taking if you like to drive. 1500 mile average. If we needed ANYTHING it was done to the best ability of the person who took the call. Sirius XM is paid for by the company as well as Direct TV, a DVR receiver and 24” tv. Refrigerator and Inverter to make you feel at home away from home. |
