December 21, 2021 Positive Experience at Gray TruckingMy experience at Gray Trucking has been very positive. I have been here for 12 years and I have always been treated like a professional, I believe the pay rate is very competitive if not better than other companies. Equipment is kept up in good condition, the trucks are late model vehicles and everyone is very supportive of the drivers. The company also does things to keep morale up for the drivers, hopefully I will retire here. |

December 21, 2021 I LOVE the OPEN DOOR POLICY from the top down, it’s REAL!I’ve been at Gray Trucking for almost 2 and half years. I enjoy the fair pay and many pay increases to stay competitive...equipment is always in order, but #1 for me is the PEOPLE. Every day, since day one, I have been greeted with a smile and friendly conversation and true concern for myself and my family. That is special! Small company, BIG HEART! |
