December 23, 2019 by Rob Huss One of the best Lease programs I've found. I've been with Giltner for over 3 years. 1 and a half as a company driver and 2 as a lease/op. They have a great program and the warranty is the best I've seen. In house Freightliner technician who is definitely over qualified for the position... worth his weight in gold. The safety office is on their game. They're happy to help you with any issues or questions you have. They've got your back. The driver manager I work with is top shelf, she is the best I've had in quite awhile. The load planners will keep you moving and making $$$, your input is valuable and helps them help you. The operations department has a open door policy, they will listen and help resolve the problems you may have. Giltner is a a company who believes family is important even your fur baby... They are always welcome at the yard, just pick up after them. Giltner is by far the best company I've been involved with in the 26 yrs I've been trucking. They acknowledge safety, quality, pride and professionalism. Their equipment is new and well maintained and always being updated with the newest technology and comforts for the driver to be safe and feel at home while away. I agree, Giltner was the better move for me.
