Worked with Me

Out of all the 5 or so companies I drove for, Florilli worked with Me and gave Me the most freedom, yet kept me good with the doctor appointments, The requirements for Driving, and kept Me driving decent trucks, and kept me rolling. There is always gonna be kinks in all transportation timely services etc. But I liked Florilli. My heart gave out on me and I have been on disability ever since, so My trucking days are over, but it was well worth it all.

OTR Truck Driver

I have been with Florilli Transportation for 10+ years. I have no desire to work for any other trucking company. This company is a perfect fix for me. They have stood behind me when it mattered. The routes are good. The shippers and receivers work with the driver well. They have late model tractors and trailers. Whenever I put in to get home time I get there on or close to what I requested. My plans are to retire here. I have NEVER had any problems about my pay here. If I have had any problems about my job here, it was settled to my satisfaction. They listen to what i have to say. I enjoy working here.

Florilli is a ideal company for hardworking safe drivers. A small company that treats you as a person rather than a number.I have never been with a company in any industry that makes sure you have the tools to be successful. I had a personal tragic event, and Florilli made sure I could be with my family..that spoke volumes. .If you take care of business, they will definitely take care of you

Driver

I have been with this company for over 12 years. I feel like a member of the family instead of a number. They supply good equipment and fair miles. The fleet managers treat me with respect. They are willing to work with you if you at least meet them half way. I do not plan on changing jobs anytime soon.
