Ability to work independently. Individuals are recognized for their efforts. Company is constantly working towards new opportunities and building an all encompassing footprint within the water industry. This company recognizes people's talents...not their gender, not their color, not their sexual orientation. If you're talented and hardworking...they want you. I read a review that claimed this company is not the place to work if you're female or non-white. Nothing could be further from the truth. I have a hunch that person probably writes that review for every company she's ever left or been asked to leave.

Pros Great boss and coworkers. Company takes care of its employees. Cons My position is on call. Doesn't allow for much of a personal life at certain times of year, but it's what I signed up for.
