June 04, 2023 Disgruntled employeeI went for orientation. My name is Gary Peterson. I had to go home in the middle. My sons truck blew up and he has no car. He lives with me and he has work. I wasn’t sure about my urine test either after wife said she had put stuff in my food to ease the pain of my back. I passed the urine test and Jamie said she would call me once it came in. Never heard anything so I called. They told me I had left my job. I don’t get it. You never had the urine results so how was I hired already. How could I leave a job I never had yet |

May 08, 2020 DriverI've worked for this great company for about 6 months. It's not easy being an OTR driver and I've worked for several companies in my 12 years driving. I always ended up overworked, under paid, disappointed by empty promises and have missed so many important times in my daughter's lives. Wenger is so different from any company I've ever worked for. Good pay, easy to understand pay structure, nice trucks that are kept in top working order, actual home time and above all a true work family. They have helped us with getting our first mortgage, supported me by allowing me extra time for the delivery of our twins and even called to check in on my wife. As if all of that weren't enough they're going above and beyond anything I've heard of to take care of their Essential Workers during this pandemic. If you're a driver looking for a company with a heart and that truly cares about their drivers this is your company! Thank you Wenger for making our family part of yours. |
