October 10, 2017 Great place to workIn my opinion it's a great place to work. They genially care about you and if you have a problem they work with you. And if your lucky enough to get Will Kenny as your dispatcher you got it made. He always has time for you and will keep you moving. I'm in truck #2664 and plan on staying here for the duration of my career. Oh yeah not to mention they have brand new trucks!!! |

October 10, 2017 By far the best!This is the 3rd company I have worked for and by far the best! All new and very well maintained equipment. Pay is good and all the employees right down to housekeeping are very nice and helpful. I plan on staying at Decker. |

August 15, 2017 Flatbed driverDecker is a great company to work for if you're interested in flatbed. They will keep you busy. They maintain their equipment. They pay well and insurance is good too. The staff in Fort Dodge are very good to work with. You can tell they care about their drivers. |
