Ironic name seeing as they lied to us about shutting down and holding our checks for the past 4 months. They blocked me on Facebook and my personal number.

Unprofessional

I don’t usually write reviews on companies/businesses. However, this company is definitely worth me leaving a review. I started working for this company in November 2021. During orientation, Ralph (owner) tells you all the things you want to hear. Unfortunately, he doesn’t fulfill em promises. We agreed, during orientation, that I can come home EVERY Friday. Because, I am an active father in my son life. I dedicate my weekends to my son. I started working for this company and realized Ralph (owner) couldn’t get me home on Friday’s and I started coming home on Saturday mornings! Ralph (Owner) is very unprofessional!!! He likes to communicate via text and refuses to have a verbal conversation with you. The ONLY time you can talk VERBALLY to Ralph, is if there’s an issue with the truck/load. Any “driver concerns”, Ralph hides behind text messages. This facility has keypads on all their doors. As an employee (driver), I couldn’t just walk into the facility. They refuse to give the drivers, the combination to the door. I had to knock on the door, to deliver my weekly paperwork (BOL and Fuel receipts). This specific issue, showed me many red flags. It made me feel like, I wasn’t part of the company. Now, that I’m no longer employed with em and I see how rude/ignorant Ralph (Owner) is, I understand why he has ALL the doors locked. I’m sure many drivers would like to kick his ass. The trucks he has, are very old trucks. I literally switched trucks 3x within 3 months!! They bandage their equipment with bandages and tries to blame the driver when the bandages no longer holds the equipment together. They have NEW trucks but you’ll never get assigned one because he’s saving em for emergency purposes. Upon hiring, My starting pay was .60/mile. Then, after complaining about my pay rate. My pay was boosted to .65/mile. The money was decent here. But, the level of professionalism is NOT worth the money. Detention pay is $15/hour. That’s not even minimum wage….I can continue on with multiple reasons why I wouldn’t recommend this company to NOBODY!!!! Feel free to DM me and I’ll give you more reasons. -Ralph
