Drivers are paid by the load averaging between $26.44/hr - $38.46/hr As a CDL Class A Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods to and from customers, vendors, and job sites. Your day-to-day will include: * Safely operate Class A/B trucks, including on uneven and unfinished surfaces at job sites * Perform daily equipment maintenance - keeping your truck clean inside and out and in peak operating condition * Tarp loads when required and handle client property with care * Maintain accurate DOT logs and ELD reporting in compliance with all regulations * Back 20'-40' trailers safely in tight spaces * Climb ladders up to 15 feet on trucks and fertilizer tanks as needed Work: Full Time, 10-12 hours a day- 5 days a week, during Harvest expanded days/hours may be required. Flexibility in working hours is required, as the shifts may vary, starting as early as 2am and ending between 10am-12pm
