You'll also receive a guaranteed minimum pay of $1,300 per week, with opportunities to earn more based on your routes and performance. Why Choose This Dedicated Driver Position? Competitive Pay: * Guaranteed minimum: $1,300 per week if you're available to work the full week * Average $75,000 - $85,000 per year * Starting pay: $32.50 per hour for local assignments; $0.62 cpm for over-the-road assignments * Guaranteed 40 hours per week Additional Earnings: * Stop pay: $20 per stop (number of stops varies based on assignment) * Pay for stops and loading/unloading (not all accounts) * Detention, breakdown, and layover pay when applicable * Company sponsored per diem program Work Schedule: * Steady weekly schedule with a variety of routes depending on the account you're working on * Miles will fluctuate depending on which account you are working on * Shifts and hours vary depending on assignment. Some assignments may be hourly, home-daily work, while others may be OTR positions that pay by miles and stops * Driver will be assigned to various dedicated accounts in Texas and Oklahoma * Driver may also be assigned to yard switcher assignments * There may be times when driver is assigned to the local service center * Majority of assignments allow you to be home for most of the weekend Job Requirements: * Class A CDL required * Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, along with a valid passport, are required.
