About the Position

Express Dedicated LLC is hiring CDL-A True Team Drivers for a high-paying OTR Dry Van position with guaranteed weekly pay and consistent miles.

Position: CDL-A Team Driver (True Teams Only)
Pay: $2,000 guaranteed per driver, every week
Miles: Average 5,000–5,500 team miles per week
Home Time: 3 weeks out, followed by 1 full week home
Freight: Dry Van | Drop & Hook, Live Load/Unload | No-Touch Freight
Equipment: Newer Cascadia Freightliners
Operating Area: All 48 contiguous states
Hiring Area: Nationwide except California, Washington, and New York City
Orientation: Virtual
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience
Requirements: Must be 23 years or older and apply as a True Team (no team matching available).

Orientation:

Virtual orientation lasting 5-6 hours, following a completed drug test

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license
Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
Must apply as an established True Team — no team matching available
Must be willing to run OTR across the 48 contiguous states
Must be able to stay out 3 weeks at a time
Must be able to complete virtual orientation (approximately 5–6 hours)
