About the Position

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Team Drivers for a 1099 dry van opportunity offering $1.00 CPM, consistent miles, newer equipment, and reliable long-haul freight. Established teams are strongly preferred, but highly qualified solo drivers willing to transition into team driving may also be considered.

Teams can expect approximately 5,500 miles per week, while solo drivers typically average 2,500–2,800 miles per week. Drivers should be prepared to stay out 4–6 weeks at a time, followed by approximately 1 week of home time.

Orientation
Monday: Orientation, paperwork, company introduction, and standard urine drug test
Tuesday: Safety and operational training
Wednesday: ELD/App training, accident-prevention training, final paperwork, and dispatch

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License.
• Must be 23–65 years old.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience.
• Minimum 2 years of CDL-A experience.
