We’ve recently added a large number of new 2026 trucks to our fleet, giving drivers access to the latest, well-equipped equipment. Company Driver (W-2) Highlights

• Competitive Pay: Earn up to 56 CPM (based on experience) with consistent average weekly mileage of 2,700–3,300 miles. 
• 70% Drop and Hook ~ 70% Contracted/Customer Freight
• Home Time: Flexible tiered options that reward longer runs — 14 days out / 2 days home, up to 12 weeks out / 10 days home.
• Running Area: All 48 states with no forced dispatch to NYC.
• Equipment: 2020-2026 Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals — fully equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and ELD tablets. Governed at a comfortable 70 mph.
• Additional Pay: Breakdown/Layover ($100 per day after the first 24 hours), Detention ($15 per hour after 2–3 hours), and Stop Pay.
• Benefits: Comprehensive elected benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance (starting the 1st of the month following hire). PTO available.

Requirements

• Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A) 
• Must have a valid CDL-A
• Must have a valid DOT medical card
• SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
• Must be able to pass a road test
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
