Earn up to 56 CPM as a Company Driver with Sweet Express or earn 80/20 as a lease operator! Join a family-oriented carrier with modern equipment, consistent miles, and excellent support.

Company Driver (W-2)

  • Competitive Pay: Earn up to 56 CPM (starting 50-54 CPM for non-SAP drivers based on experience; SAP-friendly options available).
  • Average 2,700 – 3,300 miles per week.
  • Home Time: Flexible tiered options – 14 days out/2 days home, up to 12 weeks out/10 days home.
  • Running area: All 48 states (no forced dispatch to NYC).
  • Late model Kenworths, Freightliners & Internationals with APUs, refrigerators, inverters, and more. Governed at 70 mph.
  • Bonuses & Perks: Clean inspection bonuses: $50 (Level 3), $100 (Level 2), $200 (Level 1) + $500 after 5 clean inspections.
  • Driver of the Month awards.
  • Breakdown/layover, detention, and stop pay.
  • Referral bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months.

Requirements

  • Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A) 
  • Must have a valid CDL-A
  • Must have a valid DOT medical card
  • SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
  • Must be able to pass a road test
  • Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
