Company Driver [OTR - W2] – Build a Rewarding Career with Sweet Express!
Pay Package – Clear, Competitive & Rewarding
- Earn up to 56 CPM depending on the application
- Breakdown / Layover Pay: $100 per day after first 24 hours
Detention Pay: $15 per hour after 2–3 hours - Stop Pay (per load):
- 1st Leg: $30
- 2nd–3rd Leg: $40
- 4th +: $50
- Driver Referral Bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months (both drivers must stay employed)

- Clean Inspection Bonuses:
- Level 1: $200
- Level 2: $100
- Level 3: $50
- Extra $500 after your 5th clean inspection
- Driver of the Month:
- 1st Place: $500
- 2nd Place: $250

- Running Area: All 48 States – No forced dispatch to NYC
- Home Time (Tiered – more time out = more home time):
- 14 days out / 2 days home

- 8 weeks out / 7 days home
- 12 weeks out / 10 days home (CAP)
- Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed ($50/week until $400 fee paid)
- Rider Policy: 1 passenger (age 9+) – $40/month insurance

Requirements
- Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A)
- Must have a valid CDL-A
- Must have a valid DOT medical card
- SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
- Must be able to pass a road test
- Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
