About the Position

🚚 Company Driver [OTR - W2] – Earn Up to 56 CPM 

Pay & Benefits

  • Earn up to 56 CPM based on application
  • Breakdown/Layover Pay: $100/day after 24 hours
  • Detention Pay: $15/hr after 2–3 hours
  • Stop Pay: $30–$50 per leg
  • Driver Referral Bonus: $300/month for up to 6 months

Performance Bonuses

Clean Inspection Bonuses up to $200 + $500 after 5 clean inspections
Driver of the Month: $500 / $250 / $100

Life on the Road

  • Average 2,700 – 3,300 miles per week
  • All 48 States – No Forced Dispatch to NYC
  • Flexible Home Time: 14 days out / 2 days home, 4 weeks/4 days, up to 12 weeks/10 days

Requirements

  • Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A) 
  • Must have a valid CDL-A
  • Must have a valid DOT medical card
  • SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
  • Must be able to pass a road test
  • Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
