Truck parking layout is poor and very tight. Almost always full at any time of the day, and drivers just invent spots everywhere and make things even tighter. Fuel island is chaos when it's busy due to bad traffic flow (have to go through pumps or over the scale to get into the lot, no way to bypass). Shower was mediocre with lukewarm water. With only 4 truck stops in Connecticut, it is what it is. Welcome to the northeast.
Although the parking is a bit tight, as another reviewer mentioned, it IS, after all, Connecticut, where most everything is on top of each other, it's not really a problem.
The restaurant is one of the better TA restaurants, and most TA Popeyes are better than the free-standing ones, and this location is no exception.
The fuel desk employees go above and beyond, if need be, and the managers I have dealt with have been great.
