Charged me for their tech not being able to find me when I was at a rest area broken down. Was clear with them on where I was located and yet they still couldn't find me. Was at a rest area on I 79. And wasn't like I was on a back road in the middle of nowhere. Seems they need to school their techs. On the area that u service and how to get to these locations. Pretty sad when u can't even find a rest area when I tell you how to get here. I'm surprised that some of them can even find their tools. On a good note the tech that did know where I was and came to complete the repair was very nice and completed the repair in a timely manner. He even called and asked if I needed anything from the store before he left. I give the 2nd tech a 5 star but they rest of them and the store is a half a star.
Normal ta. Low rating is for their shop. After listening to clerk bitch and moan about having to call my co. For an authorization. "Takes an hour for them to answer". (Took 10 min) they than proceeded to take about 2 to change a blown tire and replace a mudflap and straighten the bracket.
Large parking lot, with plenty of maneuverability. The gal behind the counter was a little curt. I'd forgotten my glasses & asked if she'd read me the #'s to the showers, she rolled her eyes and pointed to the receipt again...I asked again what was the codes I needed, apologizing for forgetting my glasses she finally told me which shower and the direction. Going up the stairs the smell of sewage hit us like a brick but wasn't AS noticeable when we were leaving. The attendant upstairs was extremely helpful and nice. He helped me with the code. The shower got HOT and it was very clean but there was no curtain so water splashed all over the floor.
